Anthony Mackie returns as the ultimate hero Sam Wilson, who has officially taken up the mantle of Captain America. After a meeting with the newly elected President of the USA Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must discover the reason for the nefarious global conspiracy before the real mastermind makes the whole world see red.
